Need specialist advice on equity release?
We provide impartial advice on equity release schemes so that you can find out whether equity release would be suitable for you.
The equity release sector is a complex area and a high standard of advice is essential. All of our independent advisers are fully trained and can only provide advice about equity release once they have received intensive training and achieved their equity release qualification. The induction programme for all our advisers is endorsed by the Institute of Financial Services, School of Finance for our commitment to developing and promoting a high standard of learning.
What happens at your initial equity release consultation:
• A local adviser will come to your home to meet with you. We welcome you to invite any friends or family to this appointment to ask any questions they may have.
• We will find out more about you, your individual circumstances and your aspirations so that we can provide you with the best possible advice on equity release.
• We will tell you how much cash you could possibly receive through equity release and explore other options available to you. We will tell you if equity release is the right option for you and also if it’s not.
Remember, there’s no hard sell and no obligation to proceed. The decision on whether to apply for an equity release plan is entirely yours after your initial consultation.
• Click through to our own website, via the link to our own page (above), or
• Complete the call contact form at the bottom of our page (again, via the above link) and we’ll call you back to arrange your appointment time.
Our typical fee for advice is 1.65% of the amount released, payable only on completion of a plan.
Please note that KRS is only able to offer Equity Release Schemes on properties in the UK.
