Spanish Nappies

Postby Stacey » Tue Jul 12, 2011 9:53 am

I have been using huggies and pampers up to now and am thinking of switching to a Supermarket's own brand now that my baby is a little older and has never had any nappy rash problems. I was wondering if anybody had any recommendations on which I should or should not use ? Thankyou.

In my experience different babies react differently and to different brands. It might be a good idea to buy a small apck of Supermarket nappies and try them - but before you run out of your previous brand, just incase you need to swap back again quickly due to a rash or something. As long as your baby is not overly sensitive you should be fine.
I have used generic ( IE Non-Branded ) nappies in the past, can't recall their names, without any problems.

The logical thing to do would be to ask around for recommendations, if your child goes to nursery then what nappies do they use there ? Have they ever use one on your child ? If so what was the effect, if any ?
- Failing that, like Costamaum says, buy a small packet and try it to see how you get on.

I'd agree with buying a pack to try. In my experience different babies react in different ways to certain supermarket brands - many are totally fun, but it's no fun if your baby is constantly screaming in discomfort it it is unhappy,
