No, I am still on it, as far as I know so far I have been conned and will now need to make yet another will, to remove the solicitor as my executor, and put back the benefactor as executor, I am speaking with The Olive Press paper who are helping me, will update as soon as I know.

... So, at this stage and as far as you are aware it is looking that your first solictor is in the wrong here ?

Sorry for the delay, was away for Easter, it looks like the first was better then the second, either way it looks like I need another new will. I was and am still not happy having a solicitor as an executor, I would never do that in the UK,let alone Spain!! will update as soon as I know more

It always amazes me how almost everybody involved in the legal profession in Spain has little idea about the nicesties involved in the whole process. If the people who are supposed to be giving you the correct advice don't know themselves what to do, what hope does that give to the rest of us !
