It angers me when yopu hear of this kind of things happening time and time again - it is at best sheer incompetence, and at worst at deliberate attempt to worm of paying what is fair, and due by the Spanish aurthorities. The Government even had the cheek to criticise the British Embassy in Spain last week for highlighting the benefits that could be claimed by British Expats from the Spanish Healthcare system - calling it 'Healthcare Tourism' !
