Original paperwork

Postby BigPete » Sat Jun 02, 2012 9:28 am

Can anyone tell me if I have to provide original copies of documents when submitting the forms to apply for Spanish benefits, or if scanned and printed colour copies will be accepted ?
Many Thanks

I suppose it depends if you are presenting the forms in person, or posting them away ?
Personally, I would never let the orignals out of my sight and would only ever post scanned colour copies. Even if I was presenting an original at the Police station or similar, I would still take along a photocopy so the official didn't have to leave the desk to take a copy.
