Has anyone heard any more about the proposed changes to the law surrounding IVA payments for self-employed workers ? Last I heard it was with the Hacienda, but everything seems to have gone quiet now.
I would imagine that the things which have happened over the 3 weeks since you posted your question may mean that the intention to introduce this scheme has gone by-the-by.
