My local ITV station definitely gets the thumbs up from me. Despite my not speaking better than average Spanish, and turning up for my appointment at the wrong time and without a clue what to do, they found me a new slot and patiently explained the whole process to me. Easy as pie !

Maybe you just caught them at a quiet period, or on a good day ?
- Then again, to be fair I haven't heard of anyone having a particularly traumatic time when ITV'ing their car.

I can't say that I have ever had a particularly bad experience with getting an ITV done, but I wouldn't put them down as being providers of good service either !

I take both your points about the standard of service varying - my ITV was done at Ondara, Costa Blanca North. Just giving credit where I believe it is due !

I suppose that you could argue that by Spanish standards "Not recieving BAD service" is actually GOOD service ...?
