Senor Incompetence comes to visit Corvera airport yet again !

Why in the name of all that is holy did the Ministries of Development, Defence and Public Works NOT address this situation months - or even years ago - BEFORE any more time, effort and money would be wasted on this project ? Surely somebody or some entity should have foreseen this before we got to this stage ?

I honestly don't know whether to find this whole sorry situation hilarious, or frightening. How can it be that important issues like this have not been addresses until the very last moment, after Millions of Euros have been spent on construction, legalities, training and awarded contracts etc... WHO is to blame ?

It seems that all of these privately owned airports have some kind of glitch or problem to report every week to me.
