Accdording to FACUA the 5 worst companies in Spain for 'bad business practice' are : Vodafone; Movistar; Bankia; CAM Bank and Ryanair.

No huge surprises there then !

I think when it comes to Ryanair, their company practice is so bad that we can be excused from voting them worst company in every single category and country that there is going.

It seems that over recent weeks their website has become even more agressive at squeezing money out people - Car Hore, Hotel bookings, travel insurance, priority boarding etc... and they are making it as difficult as possible for anyone to 'just' buy a ticket without any other add-on's.

I can'y say that I have ever actually had a problem with Iberdrola - at least not in comparison with a number of other Spanish companies. Movistar / Telefonica would have got my vote every day of the week.
