Corvera Airport now not expected to be fully operational until Summer 2013 !!
( Why am I not surprised ? )

I don't mind it not being fully operational as long as the Burger King is open. ;)

... Thereby joining the likes of Huesca and Castellon who have their airport Cafe's open despite planes never arriving !!

I think the fact that Jet2 have made a big show of announcing their new flights to Murcia between october 2012 and March 2013 from San Javier, means that they have made their faith in Corvera operning dates pretty clear !

I think it is more a case of sound commercial judgement rather than a lack of faith in Corvera - any airline would be silly to burn it's bridges with one airport until the other is fully operational.
