The Spanish Central Bank yesterday reported how the Country's banks borrowed a combined total of 127 billion euros from the European Central Bank by the end of the month of June.
The sum remains unchanged on the previous month and comes at a time when the country's deficit is under intense scrutiny from the European Commission, and harsh financial penalties are likely to be imposed.
