Australia and New Zealand BankingGroup Ltd plans a 10-year Lower Tier 2 benchmark eurobond, IFR reported on Thursday.
Guidance is at mid-swaps plus 180-185 basis points, said IFR Markets, a Thomson Reuters online news and market analysis service.
Barclays, UBS and ANZ itself are to manage the deal, IFRsaid.
ANZ's subordinated debt is rated AA- by Standard & Poor's,Aa2 by Moody's Investors Service and A+ by Fitch Ratings.
