Spanish regional saving bank, Caja Madrid, is holding it's third open day - where it is offering a protfolio of properties in the Carabanchel, Usera, Latina and Aluche disrticts of Madrid with discounts of up to 40%.
They are also offering those interested 100% mortgages (with the exclusion of costs) with a limit of 80% of the official valuuation of the property and an interest rate of Euribor plus 0.9 over a maximum of 40 years.
During the course of the event, which takes place on Saturday, properties will be available for viewing and deposits of 500€ will be accepted.The event will be held this coming Saturday, between 10am - 6pm, at the Hotel Praga in Madrid's Calle Antonio López, when the portfolio will be made available for viewing and small deposit will be accepted to secure properties.
In addition to selling such properties directly, Caja Madrid has also launched an online property search engine within their own website, where potential buyers can get additional information about properties and their location as well as book viewings and put forward a formal offer.
Caja Madrid is also developing a series of on-line property auctions via it's susidiary company, which organises property auctions nationally.
