FERROVIAL
The Spanish infrastructure company said it was seeking to sell 10 percent of British airports operator BAA in order to finance new investments and pay off debt.
IBERDROLA
The Spanish power utility said on Friday it had reached a deal to sell indirect stakes it held in four Guatemalan firms for $326.45 million to Empresas Publicas de Medellin.
PRISA
Spain's competition watchdog is seeking changes to the pay-TV component of a television deal between Telecinco and Prisa.
OHL
The Mexican unit of Spanish construction group Obrascon Huarte Lain narrowed the price range for its Mexico share offer, which is aimed at raising some $1.2 billion to fund road projects.
BANKINTER
The chief executive of Spain's Bankinter resigned on Thursday, just ahead of nine-month earnings, which are to be reported on Friday. The bank is expected to report a 30 percent drop in net profit.
