The following Spanish stocks may be affected by newspaper reports and other factors on Thursday. Reuters has not verified the newspaper reports, and cannot vouch for their accuracy:
TELEFONICA
The Spanish telecoms giant posted a lower-than expected 65.6 percent rise in nine-month net profit on Thursday, with a revaluation of the group's key Brazilian operation masking a lacklustre performance in Spain.
REPSOL
The Spanish oil major posted third-quarter CCS adjusted net profit of 502 million euros, compared with a forecast for 437 million.
ABERTIS
The Spanish tollway operator posted a 4.2 percent rise in nine-month net profit to 561 million euros, in line with estimates, thanks to traffic growth outside Spain.
OHL
The Mexican unit of Spanish construction group priced shares in its initial public offering within the expected range on Wednesday, raising 9.7 billion pesos, according to an underwriter.
SACYR VALLEHERMOSO
The builder launched a 400 million euros rights issue on Wednesday.
ACS
German construction company Hochtief unveiled earnings plans for 2011, 2012 and 2013 and said it was prepared to dispose of a stake in Hochtief Concessions as it shores up a defense plan against a lowball offer by ACS.
GAS NATURAL
Gas Natural said on Wednesday a Swiss court has placed a temporary block on an arbitrator's ruling in favour of its Algerian gas supplier Sonatrach while it considers the Spanish group's appeal.
