ACS
Spanish builder ACS is considering all options including legal action to keep its 4 billion euro bid for German rival Hochtief on track.
REPSOL
Sebastian Eskenazi, chief executive of Argentina's YPF, aims to exercise an option to buy an additional 10 percent stake in the energy company from Spain's Repsol before year-end, he told Reuters on Tuesday.
Also on Tuesday, Eskenazi said YPF had found 4.5 trillion cubic feet of natural gas in a shale deposit in Argentina's Neuquen province.
