Moody's Cuts Regional Governments Credit Rating

Moody's - the international credit ratings agency - has downgraded the credit ratings of Spain's Castilla-La-Mancha Regional Government to A1 from Aa3, giving the outlook as 'negative'.

Similarly, it has downgraded the credit rating for the Regional Government of Murcia to Aa3 from Aa2, once again citing the outlook as being 'negative'.
