SANTANDER
Newspaper Cinco Dias, citing agency EFE, reported that the Spanish bank plans to sell a 1.91 % stake in its Chilean unit as part of an announced plan to reduce its stake to 75 % from 76.9 %, raising around $300 million.
ENDESA, IBERDROLA & GAS NATURAL
Spanish utilities may react to Spain paying a high premium on the first tranche of a 3-year power tariff bond issue sold on Tuesday, although reasonable demand allayed fears it would struggle to sell in tough conditions for the euro zone periphery.
FERROVIAL
The Spanish building and infrastructure firm said on Tuesday it will tender a joint bid for Spain's air traffic control services with Britain's National Air Traffic Services.
