American Express plans 5-year sterling bond -IFR

American Express Credit Corporation plans a 5-year sterling benchmark bond, IFR reported on Thursday.

Deutsche Bank, JP Morgan, Lloyds and Royal Bank of Scotland are to manage the issue, said IFR Markets, a Thomson Reuters online news and market analysis service.

American Express Credit Corporation is rated BBB+ by Standard & Poor's, A2 by Moody's Investors Service and A+ by Fitch Ratings.
