Spain's bank restructuring fund (FROB) is planning an imminent 3 billion euro bond issue ahead of another round of potential recapitalisations of savings banks, Expansion reported, citing financial sources.
RREPSOL
CatalunyaCaixa is finalising the sale of its 1.65 % stake in Repsol through an accelerated bookbuilding, Spanish news agency EFE reported. UBS is handling the placement, it said.
NH HOTELES
NH Hoteles is considering resuming dividend payments in 2012, Expansion reported, citing an interview with the hotel group's chairman, Gabriele Burgio.
