Spanish banks are open to rolling over Greek debt, Spain's Prime Minister Jose Luis Rodriguez Zapatero said after European Union leaders met for the second day of their summit on Friday.
The Spanish government has asked banks and insurance companies to roll over Greek sovereign debt during the next five year.
Zapatero was speaking at a news conference in Brussels broadcast live on Madrid television.
