Jesus Samper, the President of Proyectos Emblemáticos Murcianos S.A (trading as Premursa) has spoken of how he expects that the first stone will be laid at the Paramount Pictures theme park project at Alhama de Murcia during April of this year, which will keep the anticipated opening date on schedule for the summer season of 2015.
On Tuesday of next week - the 7th of February - Samper will represent Premursa in the official signing of contracts to finalise the purchase of the required plot of land to build the theme park and adjoining lifestyle centre.
The 1.8 million square meter plot of land on the outskirts of Alhama de Murcia - equivalent to the area covered by 256 standard sized football pitches - will be purchased at the cost of 15.8 Million Euros.Be the first to comment on this Story !!
