Hong Kong shares will open 0.9percent lower on Friday as investors continue to sell off Chinesebank shares on worries the easy money days on the mainland maysoon come to an end.
But index heavyweight China Mobile will open 2.2percent higher, limiting losses, as speculation mounted over aShanghai-listing for the company.
The benchmark Hang Seng Index was indicated to open 191.12 points lower at 20,708.12.
The China Enterprises Index HSCE, which represents top locally listed mainland Chinese stocks, was 2.1 percent lower at 11,804.29.
