Following on from the technical and legal problems that arose at the notary last month, the devloper of the Paramount pictures Theme Park, is now expected to sign to officially purchase the site on Wednesday the 7th of March.
The promotor and developer of the park, Proyectos Emblemáticos Murcianos SA (Premursa) headed by President Jesus Samper, was due to officially sign for the purchase of the 1,812,926 meters square plot of land at Alhama de Murcia where the theme park and lifestyle centre was scheduled to be built on the 6th of February.
However, problems arose at the last moment when it was found that a number of the plots being consolodated in the agreement were not free of taxes and other charges . As such the purchase had to be delayed whilst this issue was resolved.At the moment no news has been made available with regards to whether this has now been done, and whether the Wednesday's scheduled appointment is likely to be kept.
