Proyectos e Emblemáticos Murcianos (PREMURSA) - the developer and promoter of the Parmount Pictures theme park - has announced how the project will be developed on a footprint of 103 hectares, not 158 as was originally planned the project.
PREMURSA has actually not been able to obtain the required administrative guarantees for the purchase of the remaining 55 hectares, and such has decided not to proceed in buying this land.
Despite this setback, PREMURSA states that it will not affect the plans to develop the park, or the scheduled construction times. The original plans will be modified to take into account the new surface area, with the size of the planned neighbouring lifestyle centre being reduced by almost 50%.Be the first to comment on this Story !!
