The Torrevieja No Smoking Club invited the Directors of Wincham Consultants, Mr Malcolm Roach and Snr Jaime Vives to attend their September meeting to provide a presentation on Spanish IHT planning for UK domiciled Spanish property owners at Los Arcos Restaurante, Torrevieja.
The meeting was attended by 72 members who listened intently to the presentation by Malcolm Roach. Afterwards the floor was open to questions and for a further hour a volley of questions came from the floor and were answered by Mr Roach and Snr Vives.
Unfortunately question time had to end before all questions form members could be mooted but all members were given the opportunity to submit their request for their free IHT illustration. Mr Cyril Derbyshire, a committee member, who organised the event together with his wife Pam, said, following the meeting, ‘We had 72 members present and most of them were very pleased by what was said by Malcolm. We had so many people who wanted to ask questions but we over ran our time at the restaurant, something that only occurs when our members find the talk interesting and informative. Everyone who I spoke to afterwards said how much they enjoyed the presentation and wondered where I found such a knowledgeable company’.
