We offer 3 different ways to get you connected to the internet :
WIRELESS : If you do not have a landline, cannot get ADSL or are not happy with your current connection, then we may be able to help with our wireless internet service. With nearly 5000 customers and ever-increasing coverage, this is a great option if you live between Murcia and Gandía. Packages start from 24,99 € per month.
ADSL: If you are outside our wireless coverage or perhaps you already have a Telefónica landline or ADSL service, we have some great packages available. Even if you already have ADSL with another provider, why not take a look and see what we can offer. Don't forget, all support and customer services is in English!
DIAL-UP :If you are in an area which doesn't have wireless or ADSL coverage, then dial-up may be an option. Also for very light useage, or if you are not in Spain permanently
Some of our common FAQ’s :
I live on an urbanisation with absolutely no landlines, is it possible to get Internet?
Almost definitely YES! Telitec have Spain's largest wireless internet coverage and chances are we CAN connect you!
Is it expensive?
NO, with our free installation offering, everyone can now have internet access, even if you do not have a landline.
Do I need a big dish to receive the signal?
NO, a small antenna supplied by us is all that is required to receive our super-fast internet service.
Will my service be exactly the same as a landline connection?
In most cases it will be FASTER as we actually manage our networks, restricting customer’s use of ‘peer to peer’ networks that can spoil the experience of the vast majority of customers.
I am not very technical; will this be difficult for me?
NO!We pride ourselves on the fact that we treat our customers as not being computer geniuses, our ADSL system works as a normal connection, and our telephone service as a normal telephone would.
Our technical support people talk YOUR language.
At what speeds can I connect?
Speeds start at 1 meg, synchronous (1 meg upload and 1 meg download).
How long does it take to get connected?
We have connected people within the day although this depends on how busy we are at certain times of the year.
Is Telitec licenced?
FULLY. Telecoms companies in Spain are regulated by the CMT (Comisión del Mercado de las Telecomunicaciones) and Telitec owns a FULL licence to conduct business in the wireless internet market. Please contact us if you would like to see evidence of this online.
