Orange Spain has reached an agreement with Rakuten VoD subsidiary Wuaki.tv to offer the streaming service's entire catalogue to its pay-TV customers at no extra cost.
Starting December, Orange customers will be able to watch the 1,200-plus films and 4,000-plus episodes of series available in Wuaki's catalogue.
The promotion runs until May, after which viewers will be able to subscribe to Wuaki.tv at an exclusive rate of EUR 4.99 per month, compared to the usual fee of EUR 6.99. The Orange TV platform also includes 30 thematic channels as well as nearly 700 films and 1,500 episodes of TV series in the catch-up service, which can be streamed to a range of devices, including PCs, tablets, smartphones and smart TVs.
