Two Penioners - One 69 and one 72 – have been arrested in Malaga for the crime of preparing and selling fake Spanish and German Identification papers and driving licenses and then selling them on the black market for as much as 1,500 € each.
The operation was masterminded in Madrid and Torremolinos by the two pensioners, however a further seven people have also been detained from the same locations.
The pensioners were found in possession of several fake official traffic stamps from a number of Spanish regions, as well as for the entry and exit from the Schengen region.
The case was situation was brought to light in July last year after a driver from Fuengirola was stopped by police, and showed them one of the fake German licences.
