BBVA
Spain's second largest bank reported a 12.2 percent fall in in nine-month net profit, in line with analyst estimates.
SOS
American vegetable oil company Bunge is preparing a bid for the Spanish olive oil company SOS, El Economista reported on Wednesday without naming sources.
Iberia
TThe Spanish air carrier said late on Thursday it has called a shareholders meeting for Nov. 29 to vote on its planned merger with British Airways.ENDESA & IBERDROLA
Spain's government said it is sticking to its planned November issue of tariff bonds to ease power groups' debt levels, despite telling securities regulator CNMV not to proceed with Tuesday's planned approval.
