Spain's treasury sec. urges quick Irish decision

Spain's Secretary for the Treasury, Carlos Ocana, said earlier today that Ireland must come to a resolution over its debt crisis as soon as possible to end market uncertainties. "The important thing is that Ireland makes a decision as soon as possible" Ocana told reporters on the sidelines of a conference in Madrid.
