Spain banks ECB borrowing fell in Nov to 64.5 bln euros

 

Spanish banks borrowed 64.5 billion euros from the European Central Bank in November, down from 71 billion in October, data from the Bank of Spain showed on Tuesday.

That was some way down on a record high of 140 billion euros hit in July.

The total borrowed subtracting the amount that banks redeposited at the ECB was 61 billion euros.
