Spain will have no problem issuing its debt in 2011, its Economy Minister Elena Salgado said in a television interview on Tuesday. "We are not going to have any financing problems next year", she said.
She said that despite rising yields at recent debt auctions the average yield on Spanish debt was 3.6 percent.
