The Spanish infrastructure company said it is selling a 6.68 % stake it holds in Italian counterpart Atlantia, over the next two days, but didn't provide detials of pricing.
CRITERIA
Saving's bank La Caixa's industrial holdings portfolio Criteria has agreed to sell 50 percent of its insurance portfolio to insurance brokers Mutua Madrilena for 1.08 billion euros, the bank said in a statement on Friday.
