Spanish property market sees another month of increased interest

 

Spain continues to attract property buyers with another impressive month. Data gathered through-out March shows the country has experienced an increased amount of enquiries from foreign investors looking for property.

One measure was conducted by Rightmove overseas who recorded a 1.2% increase in internet searches for Spanish property on their site network compared with the previous month. This is the second consecutive month in which a surge of enquiries for Spanish property has been recorded.

Experts have suggested that the growing interest is due to a combination of renewed market confidence and the availability of some incredible deals in Spain at the moment. These include finished golf properties from the country's largest banks, with either a 100% mortgage or a 90% mortgage with a 3 year payment holiday.

Brits especially are using the opportunity of low prices and great deals to finally make their move on the Spanish property market just in time for the summer.
