Ryanair is reported to be considering taking legal action against - FACUA - a Spanish consumers association, for defamation and generally damaging the corporate image of the business.
The Airline's CEO, Michael O'Leary, wants to take out an injunction against the group over their claims that the airline abuses it's customers, doesn't care about them and takes advantage of them.
Ryanair is insisting that FACUA removes all negative content about the airline from their websites and social networking accounts and desists from making similar comments in the press.
