Polish regulator approves PGE issue prospectus

Poland's markets regulator said on Friday it had approved the issue prospectus for the country's top energy group Polska Grupa Energetyczna (PGE), paving the wayfor Europe's largest initial public offering this year.

The state-owned PGE will issue up to 259.5 million new shares.
