The Partido Popular has specifically mentioned the region of Murcia and Corvera International airport in their election manifesto..
The document refers to the planned connection of the AVE high-speed railway network to the new airport at Corvera, speaking of their commitment to promote "the development of a modern high-speed network, sustainable and efficient, and to encourage its connection to the airport".
In the section of the manifesto which talks about infrastructure plans, the party does not identify any other projects specifically, or mention any geographically locations, but one of the points does mention the port of Cartagena with regards to its links with of the Mediterranean Railway Corridor.
Other proposals include the maintenance of the state road network, improving road safety, liberalization of rail transport, and plans to redefine airport management .
