Spain to pass emergency decree Dec. 30th

 

Spain's next government will pass a decree on Dec. 30 with urgent reforms to the economy and the budget, incoming Prime Minister Mariano Rajoy said in a speech to parliament on Monday.

Rajoy added that his government would raise pensions in real terms as of January 2012, the only item of public spending it would increase.
