Vueling has added a route connecting Barcelona and Almeria to it's schedules as of tomorrow, whilst Ryanair is launching a new route to connects Almeria with East Midlands airport in the UK.
The follows Ryanair's decision to cancel the Almeria - Liverpool route earlier on in the year.
Vueling's new route to Barcelona, will run once per day, three times per week - Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday - over the summer period, with flights starting from 44.99 Euros each way..
Ryanair's route to the East Midlands will run twice per week - Tuesday and Saturday - over the same period.
I note also that betwen May and September Vueling are flying Southampton - Barcelona. However I also hear that Vueling are in financial difficulties.
