The Provincial Deputy for the Compromís party in Castellon, Josep Maria Pañella, has commented how the region's contraversial airport "can not be allowed to go ahead because the airport authority is not in possession of the required certification."
Pañella questioned the reports of the Partido Popular-led Regional Government, because "if you listen to the officers of the Generalitat Valenciana, the project to open Castellon Airport is just lacking a few tiny details, whilst according to the PP's Central Government, the facility is some way off becoming operational".
