Spain's public deficit to August reaches 4.8% of GDP

Spain's public deficit to August (not including local governments), came to 4.8% of economic output, the Treasury Ministry said on Tuesday, closing in on the year-end target of 6.5%.

The deficit to July was a revised 4.52% of GDP.
