Spain sees 80'000 fewer households in 2013

The crisis has caused a significant contraction in the total number of Spanish households, as many jobless people have either left the country or moved back in with their parents.

The third quarter of 2013 ended with 48,900 fewer households than the previous quarter, down 80,000 compared with September 2012, according to the latest figures from the Active Population Survey (EPA).
