Brittany Ferries is reporting that they still have space available for holidaymakers who cannot fly to or from France or Spain.
With 50 crossings scheduled over the next 3 days between UK and France as well as UK and Spain, Brittany Ferries can provide an alternative to those who have had their holiday plans this weekend disrupted by the ban on flying.
As one of the leading ferry companies on the western Channel, Brittany Ferries has plenty of space available, to and from the continent on the following routes:
Portsmouth – Caen (closer to Paris than Calais)
Portsmouth – St Malo
Portsmouth – Cherbourg
Plymouth – Roscoff
Portsmouth – Santander
Plymouth – Santander
However, given that flights will be grounded for at least the next 36 hours, and the resulting backlog will cause problems throughout next week, demand is expected to rise and passengers are encouraged to make their bookings as soon as possible.
