Spain's regional gov't deficit 1.24% Jan-Sept

Spain's regional government deficit for the first nine months of the year was 1.24 percent of GDP, or 13.061 billion euros, Economy Minister Elena Salgado said on Monday. She said that was in line with the regions hitting their deficit target of 2.4 percent in 2010.
