Two Royal Decrees to modify the Spanish Gambling Act, which awiaiting a parliamntary hearing for their approval, will regulate gambling licences, authorizations and registers. They will also consider the technical requirements under which pemissions for such gambling activities will be licenced.
Similarly, several Ministerial bills are being processed under 'urgent procedures', in order to regulate licence requirements, rules and limits of the types of game anticipated in the Spanish Gambling Act: sports and horse betting, roulette, blackjack, poker and bingo etc...
It has also been announced that, in this initial licensing stage, cross betting, live betting and casino slots will not be included among the permitted games.
