Spain-based international financial group BBVA said on Thursday it had received licence from the Indian market regulator to invest in the country's bond market.
Foreign institutional investors can invest up to $10 billion in government bonds, $15 billion in corporate bonds and $25 billion in long-term infrastructure corporate bonds.
