British insurer Aviva has attracted enough investor demand to cover the 1.2 billion euro ($1.8 billion) initial public offering of Delta Lloyd, people familiar with the matter said on Tuesday.
Aviva is offering 63.5 million shares in Delta Lloyd in Europe's second biggest IPO this year.
Book building is set to close on Nov. 2. ($1=.6718 Euro)
