Spain House Prices decrease in Q4 of 2009

Spanish house prices decreased by 6.2% in the final quarter of 2009, and fell by the same amount for the year as a whole, according to recent data released by the Ministry of Housing. The figure compares to a 7.8% fall in the third quarter and an 8.3% fall in the second quarter. Figures released previously gave an incorrect time period for the quarterly house price fall.
